Howry Company is a Native American-owned minority business providing expertise
in a broad range of construction services. Founded
in 1982, Phil Howry Company has extensive experience in the following areas of
general construction: building trade, including historic renovation, major renovation/remodeling
and new construction. In addition, the company has carried out heavy/highway construction
and other infrastructure-type projects. Phil
Howry Company participates in the sealed bid, hard dollar, fixed-price federal
construction procurement environment. The last eight years of this experience
has also included several sole-source, negotiated projects, secured through the
Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development program. The
firm has been widely recognized for quality performance, assuring the smooth transition
of timely constructed projects. From estimating, bidding and contract procurement,
through to successful execution and completion of projects, our attention to detail
